- Assistance to access training, education and volunteering opportunities
- Employability support, e.g. CV development, help with application forms, job search support and interview guidance
- Support to attend employability workshops and to access free interview clothing
Job Retention
- Assistance to liaise with your employer and to negotiate reasonable adjustments
- Help to develop a return to work plan and guidance with regards to coping strategies around staying healthy at work
- Support to develop in your role or move into a new job through exploration of training and self-development opportunities
- Signposting to specialist legal services if required
Referral Process
To be referred, please speak to your therapist or the clinician carrying out your initial screening. You will then be offered a telephone screening by a member of the Talking Therapies Southwark employment team who will discuss your employment support needs with you. After screening, you will be advised of which support is best place to assist with your needs – this may be support from our in-house employment team or from one of our partner services in the borough, depending on the type of support needed and service capacity.
