Support after therapy

After you have completed treatment with us you are welcome at our follow-up workshops for maintaining wellbeing:

CBT follow-up workshop

The usual 3-monthly workshops scheduled for people who have completed a course of group or individual CBT in our service have been postponed due to Covid-19. We would encourage you to continue reviewing the materials delivered in your CBT sessions and consolidate the strategies you have learnt.

We will provide the dates for future workshops in due course. In the meantime, our Wellbeing Videos can be a useful refresher. Please click this link to find out more.

Mindfulness drop-in sessions

The usual monthly drop-in at Jamyang Buddhist Centre for people who have completed MBCT  (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy) with us, or MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) at Jamyang, are currently on hold. However, Jamyang are offering online session held over Zoom. If you have completed an 8-week MBCT course in with us and would like to attend, please contact
